Having grown up in the lush Dandenong Ranges, East of Melbourne, Australia, I have always felt a strong connection to nature. These early years of immersion in the beautiful temperate rainforests not only fostered this appreciation of nature but also helped to cultivate a stillness and peace that would serve me later on in life.

At the age of 19, after having a blissful oneness-like experience, I asked my mother about meditation. This, you could say, started my lifelong journey with meditation and spirituality. Over the coming years I participated in many forms of meditation. I was searching, following an inner impulse, but not sure what I was looking for. It was not until I was 22 that I finally encountered Master Choa Kok Sui and his school of Pranic Healing & Arhatic Yoga. This was an inspiring, uplifting and soul-fulfilling encounter and one that I still cherish to this day.

Our Permaculture Garden

Permaculture comes from two words, permanent and culture. Permaculture is a consciously designed system, which mimics the patterns and relations found in nature, while yielding an abundance of food, fibre and energy providing for local needs. This not only includes gardening, farming, animal husbandry but also how communities of people organise themselves in a sustainable manner.
